June 3: registration in Beijing

8:30-9:00              Opening ceremony

9:15-12:00            Invited lectures

14:00-17:00          Invited lectures

18:00-19:30          Social for all participants, so that international and domestic scientists get to interact in an informal atmosphere.

 

June 5:

8:30-12:00            Invited lectures

14:00-17:00          Lectures & poster sessions

 

June 6:

8:30-12:00  

(1)   Informal meeting with Yiyu CHEN, president, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Deyuan HONG, director, Department of Life Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China (topics: evolutionary biology in China and World, AToL-CN, Global Biodiversity Database, etc.)

(2)   Other participants: Sightseeing in Beijing Botanical Garden

 

14:00-16:00          Invited lectures

16:15-17:00          Closing ceremony

 

June 7:  the post-symposium satellite workshops and field trips (two options).

These are organized by Zhejiang University and Fudan University, respectively. Each organizer will cover the domestic travel, lodging and other expenses of the trip for the speakers of the workshop. If not presenting lecture in the workshop, the participant is expected to pay for these expenses by herself/himself.
